Privacy

The service is not open yet. This is a pre-launch explanation, not the final privacy policy.

This website today

These information pages have no registration form, analytics or advertising trackers. Visiting the site still sends technical request data, such as an IP address, to the hosting provider.

A published match report can be read by anyone with its link. It can contain player names, scores and the match narrative. Circuit records are private by default; publishing a report makes that report accessible beyond the circuit.

Data planned for the service

The service will hold sign-in details, player names, circuit participation, fixtures, match scores, rankings and match reports. These records support competitive play and its history.

Before access opens

The final policy will identify the responsible provider and explain processing purposes, legal bases, hosting and other providers, retention, international transfers and how to exercise privacy rights. Those details and a privacy contact will be published here at launch, before access opens.
